MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 5 (33 RD day)

 Today i had my bootea.

For breakfast i had fried egg (100) with fried onion (30). I ate it with smoked salmon (100) and avocado (30). I consumed 270 ka. Then  drunk half cup of coffee.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i had rainbow trout (150) sea bas (100), fried peppers (50) with onion (30) and tomato (30) fried on 3 spoons of oil (300). I ate it with avocado and lettice (50). I ate 710 ka.

Then i had a green tea and went for a walk.


For dinner i had trout with peppers (150 ka). Then  i had green tea.

Then i went running and after that did some exercise.

Weight in the morning: 61
Weight at the evening:   61.3
