MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 6 DAY 6 (42ND day)

I woke up and had my bootea. Then i ate fried egg (100) and onion, fried on a spoon of oil (80), smoked salmon (100 g- 90 ka), lettice and onion, tomato with avocado (80). I consumed 360 ka.

Then i  went for a walk.

For lunch i ate fried peppers with tomato and onion (60) I also ate smoked salmon and lettice (100). I consumed 160 ka.

Then i had herbal tea and did some exercise.

For dinner i ate blueberries and rasberries almond flour muffins and a bar of dark chocolate.

Then i went running.

Weight in the morning (8.00 a.m): 58.6
Weight at the evening (10 p.m):     59.1
