MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 7 DAY 4 (47TH day)

 MINDFULL EATING!!!

Today, like always i had bootea. For breakfast i had grilled seabas, onion, teriyaki sause, garlic, pickled cucumber, seasoning, lettice. I consumed 300 ka.

Then  i hadf coffee.

For lunch i ate a piece of cake (i know...) I consumed 400 ka. 

Then i went for a walk.

For dinner i ate fried egg with onion, 1 spoon of oil, fish. I consumed 300 ka.

Then i ate few candies...

Then i did some exercise.

Then i went runningfor a walk

weight in the morning: 58.3
weight at night:  58.5
