MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 7 DAY 2 (45TH day)

Today, like always i had my bootea.I went to town yesterday, so didnt record my food, now back to the diet!

For breakfast i ate fried peppers, onion, tomato 2 spoons of oil, salmon, avocado, parsley and an egg and scallions and pickeled cucumbers. Yummy! I consumed 450 ka. Then i also ate sunfrower seeds (200 ka) So,  consumed 550 ka.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk.

For lunch i had baked rainbow trout, bean sprouts and teriyaki sause with scallions, pickled cucumbers. I ate 300 ka.

For dinner i had blueberries and nuts, sunflower seeds (seriously overate nuts and seeds )

Then i did some exercise.

Weight in the morning: 57.9
Weight at night:            59.2
