MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 6 DAY 7 (43RD day)

Today, like always i had my bootea.

For breakfast i ate baked peppers, onion, tomato (80), 2 spoons of oil (150), salmon (100), egg (100), scallions and avocado (50). I ate 489 ka.But then i ate a piece of mango mousse, because i understood that rapid weight loss is bad for my body, dont wanna get more stretch marks, so will loose weight gradually! I consumed more 200 ka. Together its 689 for breakfast.

Then i had coofee.
 
For lunch i had baked sea bas (100)with seasoning, bean sprouts with teriyaki sause (80). I also ate scallions, lettice and tomato with avocado, asparagus (80). I ate 260 ka.

For dinner i ate seed mix.

Then i went for a walk and did some exercise.

Then i had my boonight tea.

Weight in the morning:58.7
weight at the evening:  58.7
