MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 6 DAY 2 (38 TH day)

DAY 1 WITHOUT SUGAR 1( well i had fruits, but still no sweets, its fine for the firat day)

Today i had my bootea and then breakfast: baked sea bass (250) with asparagus (30), seasoning (50), i ate it with scallions and pickled cucumber, avocado (80). I consumed 410 ka.

Then i drunk coffee.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i had baked salmon (100) with teriyaki sause (50), fried pepper (50), 2 spoons of oil (200), tomato, onion (50), scallions (20). I ate 450 ka.

Then i went running.

For dinner i had 2 pieces of nectarine.

Then i went running and after did some exercise.

Weight in the morning: 59.9 (:D )
Weight at the evening: 60.5
