MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 6 DAY 1 (37 TH day)

Today  woke up and had my bootea.

For breakfast i had baked salmon (100) with baked egg (80) and onion (30). I ate it with scallions and avocado, pickled cucumber (60). Then i had green tea. 280 ka all together. Then i had cooffe.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i ate fried peppers (60) with tomato and onion (60). Fried on 3 spoons of oil (250), yummy! I also ate baked salmon (100), scallions and pickeled cucumber (50) with teriyaki sause (50) I consumed 570 ka.

Then i had tea and wentfor a walk.

For dinner i had sweets... Meh, i was so depressed wthout them, oh well...I also ate few berries.and omg, i think i overtae swets cause my tommy hurt :( im such a silly goose...

So, i ate rasberries, blueberries, bar of chcolate and some candies. 

Then i did some exercise.

Weight in the morning:60.8
Weight at the evening:61.2
