MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 3 (53RD day)

8 :00 Today i woke up and ate baked salmon wth teriyaki sause. I also ate pickled cucumber, onion and lettice. I consumed 250 ka.

Then i ate few nuts. I consumed 100 ka.

Then i drunk green tea

Then i went for a walk.

12:00  As a snack i ate baked butter squash and a few peanuts. I consumed 200 ka. Then i had coffee

Then i went to do TRX exercise.

2:30 for lunch i ate baked salmon with vegetable salad. I consumed 200 ka.

I decidced that if i will be hungry, i will have dinner, if not- then not, mindful eating! So  will wait until 6:30 and see how i will feel.

I decided to eat to get enough calories, so i ate fish and salad. I consumed 300 ka.

Then i had green tea. and went running

Weight in the morning:  57.3 ( i overate peanut butter, so have to be careful wth it, because its fat and has carbs)
weight at night:58.4
