MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 4 (54TH day)

8:00 Today, for breakfast i ate fred salmon with egg, onion, avocado, 1 spoon of oil ,vegetables. I consumed 350 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

at 11 i ate a few nuts. i consumed 300 ka.

I had lunch at 12:00 I ate baked salmon with teriyaki sause, vegetable salad. I consumed 200 ka.

Then i drunk coffee.

Then i went for a walk.

Then i had dinner at 4:00 I ate smoked salmon with lettice, avocado, onion,tomaot. Yummy! I consumed 200 ka.

Then i had gre tea and did some exercise.

MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 3 (53RD day)

8 :00 Today i woke up and ate baked salmon wth teriyaki sause. I also ate pickled cucumber, onion and lettice. I consumed 250 ka.

Then i ate few nuts. I consumed 100 ka.

Then i drunk green tea

Then i went for a walk.

12:00  As a snack i ate baked butter squash and a few peanuts. I consumed 200 ka. Then i had coffee

Then i went to do TRX exercise.

2:30 for lunch i ate baked salmon with vegetable salad. I consumed 200 ka.

I decidced that if i will be hungry, i will have dinner, if not- then not, mindful eating! So  will wait until 6:30 and see how i will feel.

I decided to eat to get enough calories, so i ate fish and salad. I consumed 300 ka.

Then i had green tea. and went running

Weight in the morning:  57.3 ( i overate peanut butter, so have to be careful wth it, because its fat and has carbs)

8:00 Today i ate baked salmon for breakfast with teriyaki sause, pickled cucumber, lettice, onion, avocado. I consumed 200 ka

Then i had green tea.

Then i went for a walk.

11:00 For snack i ate celery with almond and peanut butter, baked squash. I consumed 200 ka.

 2:00 For lunch i ate prawns fried wth tofu, egg, tomato. I consumed 400 ka.

Then i drunk green tea. Then i did some exercise.

5:00 For dinner i ate celery with some peanut and coconut butter. Yummy. I consumed 200 ka.

Then i went running.

MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 1 (51ST day)

SUGAR FREE DAY 2

Breakfast- 7:40 For breakfast i had fried pepper, tomato, egg, 1 spoon of oil, avocado and salmon. I also ate pickled tomato and onion. I consumed 300 ka.

Then had green tea and went for a walk. There i bought nuts and peanut and coconut butter. Yummy! So i consumed, as a snack 100 ka.

Lunch- 12:00 For luch i ate baked salmon with teriyaki sause and vegetable salad, 1 pickled tomato, pepper, tomato, onion. I consumed 450 ka.

Then i had green tea. Then  i went for a walk.

For dinner i had nuts and peanut butter.

Then i did some exercise.

MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 7 DAY 7 (50TH day)

I didnt record the last 3 days to this diery because i was eating whtever i wanted and was getting in terms with myself.  wanted to eat what i wanted to see if i will be able to maintan my weight. Now, that i had what i wanted, i can finally go back to diet.

Day before yesterday i went to gym and had TRX exercise for 30 min, now my arms and butt hurts like hell, so i will try to walk less.

I decided nt to eat sheet for a week to at last lose that damn weight!

SUGAR FREE DAY 1

For breakfast i ate baked salmon with teryaki sause, pickled cucumber, lettice, onion, avocado, pickled tomato. I consumed 260 ka.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk

For lunch i ate baked sea in tomato sause bas with vegetable salad. I consumed 400 ka.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk, i also managed to do some exercise ( not all as my muscles still hurt).

For dinner i ate peanuts. Yummy!

1.MINDFUL EATING
2. NO SWEETS OR FRUITS
3. NO OVEREATING
4. BAKE, DONT FRY
5. MOVE A LOT
6. DONT BE LAZY
7. BUY CHOPSTICKS SO I CAN EAT SLOWLY

SUGAR FREE DAY 1

Like always,  i had bootea. For breakfast i fried egg (100) with onion on 2 spoons of oil (200), baked salmon (100) with teriyaki sause, avocado (50). I also ate pickled cucumber, lettice (30). I consumed 480 ka.

Then i had coffee.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch I had fried pepper, onion, fried on 3 spoons of oil, fish. I consumed 400 ka.

Then i had green tea.

For dinner i had rasberries and seeds.

 MINDFUL EATING!!!

Today, like always i had bootea. Then i ate:baked salmon with sprout beans, teriyaki sause and spring onion, lettice. I consumed 250 ka.

Then i had coffee.

For lunch i had baked salmon with baked cabbage, pickled cucumber, onion, lettice, tomato, raddish. I ate 200 ka.

Then i also ate few blueberries, apricote and seeds. I consumed 200 ka.

Then i drunk green tea.

Then i did some exercise.

For dinner i ate few candies...

Then i went for a walk and after did some more exercise.

Then i drunk my boonight tea.
