MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 1 (51ST day)

SUGAR FREE DAY 2

Breakfast- 7:40 For breakfast i had fried pepper, tomato, egg, 1 spoon of oil, avocado and salmon. I also ate pickled tomato and onion. I consumed 300 ka.

Then had green tea and went for a walk. There i bought nuts and peanut and coconut butter. Yummy! So i consumed, as a snack 100 ka.

Lunch- 12:00 For luch i ate baked salmon with teriyaki sause and vegetable salad, 1 pickled tomato, pepper, tomato, onion. I consumed 450 ka.

Then i had green tea. Then  i went for a walk.

For dinner i had nuts and peanut butter.

Then i did some exercise.
