MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 6 DAY 6 (41ST day)

I woke up and had my bootea. Then i ate baked sea bas with sprout beans, teriyaki sause and avodado. I consumed 300 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i had salmon with baked vegetables. I consumed 250 ka.

For dinner i went with cauliflower and salmon. I ate 200 ka.

Then i ate 2 bars of dark chocolate (300 ka) (well, it was 85 per cent dark one, so its fine, i guess)

Weight in the morning: 59.1
Weght at the evenng:    59.2
