MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 7 DAY 6 (49TH day)

 Rules to follow today:
1.MINDFUL EATING
2. NO SWEETS OR FRUITS
3. NO OVEREATING
4. BAKE, DONT FRY
5. MOVE A LOT
6. DONT BE LAZY
7. BUY CHOPSTICKS SO I CAN EAT SLOWLY

SUGAR FREE DAY 1

Like always,  i had bootea. For breakfast i fried egg (100) with onion on 2 spoons of oil (200), baked salmon (100) with teriyaki sause, avocado (50). I also ate pickled cucumber, lettice (30). I consumed 480 ka.

Then i had coffee.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch I had fried pepper, onion, fried on 3 spoons of oil, fish. I consumed 400 ka.

Then i had green tea.

For dinner i had rasberries and seeds.

Weight in the morning:  57.8
Weight at night:              58.5
