MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 5 (34 RD day)

Today i woke up and had my bootea, then i had my breakfast: baked egg (150)  and baked salmon (100) with avocado (40) fried peppers (50) with onion (30) and tomato (30) fried on 3 spoons of oil (300). For breakfast i had 690 ka. Wow, but it was worth it !

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i had cubbage (30) with cold smoked trout (200). I consumed 230 ka.

Then i had coffee.

Then i did some exercise.

For dinner i had the rest of the cold smoked trout (150) with cubbage (30). So i consumed 180 ka. Then u had a cake... because my mum baked it...

Then i went running and after did some exercise.

Then i had my bootea night tea.

Weight in the morning: 60.4
Weight at the evening:  61.7 (and i know why!)
