MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 2 (52ND day)

SAGAR FREE DAY 3

8:00 Today i ate baked salmon for breakfast with teriyaki sause, pickled cucumber, lettice, onion, avocado. I consumed 200 ka

Then i had green tea.

Then i went for a walk.

11:00 For snack i ate celery with almond and peanut butter, baked squash. I consumed 200 ka.

 2:00 For lunch i ate prawns fried wth tofu, egg, tomato. I consumed 400 ka.

Then i drunk green tea. Then i did some exercise.

5:00 For dinner i ate celery with some peanut and coconut butter. Yummy. I consumed 200 ka.

Then i went running.
