MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 7 (36 TH day)

Today i woke up and had bootea.

Yesterday  iwent to town and went crazy there... Really im so mad at myself, not gonna record what i ate, and how much i ended up weighting, but from today on i will count how many days i sont eat sweets!

DAY 1 WITHOUT SWEETS

For breakfast i had baked sea bas ( 200) with teriyaki sause (80), i ate it with onion (30)and avocado (30). I consumed 340 ka.

Then i had coffee.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i had prawns (300), 2 spoons of butter (120), onion (30), sun dried tomato (50). I cosumed 500 ka.

Then i had green tea.

Then i went for a run. 

For dinner i had cauliflower (40),fish 100.

Then i went running and did some exercise.

Then i had my boonight tea.

Weight in the morning:61.1
Weight at the evening:61.0
