MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 6 (35 TH day)

 No more mum's cakes!!!

Today  woke up and had my bootea.

For breakfast i ate baked sea (200) bas with asparagus (30)and teriyaki sause (30). Then i drunk coffee. 260 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i had salmon (200)with egg (100)and fried onion with avocado(50). I ate 350 ka.

For dinner i had green tea and cake... duh! And tuna cakes...

Then I did some exercise.

Then i went running and did some exercise.
Weight in the morning: 60.7
Weight at the evening:61.3
