Today, like always i had my bootea.
For breakfast i ate baked seabas with seasoning, asparagus, avocado, sun dried tomato, scallions, lettice. I consumed 280 ka.
Then i had coffee with sweet mango mousee (250) and went for a walk.
Then i had few nuts (100 ka)
For lunch i ate prawns fried on butter and garlic (250 ka) with tomato and lettice, i also ate some nuts (100 ka).
Then i had cucumber, lime and mint water. Then i did some exercise.
For dinner i had nuts, blueberries and some seeds. ( 200)
Then i went running and after did some exercise.
From day before yesterday, 15.5.17, i started to use bio oil and niveo body oil, which (as it says) will help to get rd of stretch marks and tune up my body. Fingers crossed. Its hard though to walk around the house nacked, and then put on clothes, as both oils are very greesy. But well, whatever helps! :)
