MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 7 DAY 7 (50TH day)

I didnt record the last 3 days to this diery because i was eating whtever i wanted and was getting in terms with myself.  wanted to eat what i wanted to see if i will be able to maintan my weight. Now, that i had what i wanted, i can finally go back to diet.

Day before yesterday i went to gym and had TRX exercise for 30 min, now my arms and butt hurts like hell, so i will try to walk less.

I decided nt to eat sheet for a week to at last lose that damn weight!

SUGAR FREE DAY 1

For breakfast i ate baked salmon with teryaki sause, pickled cucumber, lettice, onion, avocado, pickled tomato. I consumed 260 ka.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk

For lunch i ate baked sea in tomato sause bas with vegetable salad. I consumed 400 ka.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk, i also managed to do some exercise ( not all as my muscles still hurt).

For dinner i ate peanuts. Yummy!

Weight in the morning: 58.5
Weight at night:             59
