MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 6 DAY 3 (39 TH day)



Today, like always, i had my bootea.

For breakfast i ate baked egg (100)with onion (30 and salmon (150). I also ate scallions and pickled cucumbers (50). Yummy! I ate 320 ka.

I drunk coffee.

For lunch i had fried rainbow trout and catfish tails, 3 spoons of oil, parceley, butter, tomato, milk and flour.  had to use flour to make pancakes from them.

Then i had herbal tea and went for a walk.

For dinner i had 4 pieces of dark chocolate... The struggle is real! And then my mum baked cake... I felt bad afterwards... Too much sugar for one day!

Then i went running and after did some exercise.

Weight in the morning: 59.8
Weight at the evening:60.5
