MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 7 DAY 3 (46TH day)

Today, lke always i had bootea. Then i ate baked egg, onion, peppers, tomato, one spoon of oil, rainbow trout, scallions, pickled cucumbers. I consumed 370 ka.

Fr lunch  ate sunflower seeds (250 ka).

For dnner i had fish, peppers, onion and tomato, onion, pickled cucumbers. I consumed 350 ka.

As i ioverate sunflower seeds today and yesterday, i decided to try mindful eating: eating when you feel hungry and stoppng when you are full, chewing slolwy, enjoying food.  Will try that tomorrow :)

Then i ate piece of cake... so lame :(

Then i did some exercise. 

Then i had my boonight tea.

Weight in the morning: 58.6 ( i know why, i overate sunflower seeds :( ).
Weight at night:  59
