MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 4 (32 ND day)

back to the real diet! Today i woke up and drunk my bootea.

Breakfast:

sea bas fillet (200)
asparagus (20)
baked onion (30)
lime (because didnt have lemon)
avocado (30)
lettice (10).
Yummy!  For lunch i had 290 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

Lunch:

soup
sea bas (150).
cauliflower (30).
For lunch i consumed 180 ka. And then 3 slices of pie...

Then i had green tea.

Then i did some exercise.

For dinner i ate fish.

Then i did exercise.

weight in the morning:  61.6
weight at the evening:    61.1
