MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 2 (30TH day)

I went to town yesterday and ate a lot, like a lot so i gained some weight back. I didnt record that day, cause im ashamed of it, so from now on im back to track!

I had my bootea. For breakfast i had baked salmon (120) with teriyaki sause (80) and avocado (40) with lettice. also 8 prawns For breakfast i had 640 ka.

For lunch i ate vegetable mix auburgines (60) with courgette (60) and tuna (100) with teriyaki sause (100) and lettice Yummy! I ate 320 ka.

Then i drunk coffee.

I had only few calories left, so i decided to make something with mushrooms, but ended up eating more prawns...
