MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY 5 (26TH day)

 I woke up and had my botea.

Today for breakfast i ate baked rainow  trout (80)with onion (30), sun dried tomato (40), raddish (20). I ate 180 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i ate wild garlic leaves (80), with baked plaice (100) covered in egg (80). I ate it with some of teriyaki sauce (50ka). For lunch i consumed 310 ka.

Then i did some exercise.  

I ate 490 ka. For dinner i had left 600 ka. So for dinner  iate 3 marshmellows (250) wth green tea. Then i also had 2 steaks of salmon and vegetables. Anyway, will try not to eat sweets anymore, but its so hard if it just lays there in front of u....

Then i went running.

Weight in the morning:62.5
Weight at the evening:  63
