Low sugar and carb diet day 15

  So i woke up and drank my bootea. It really works as i am 63.2 now! For breakfast i had tuna steka fried on oil and peppers with fried onlion and tomato. Actually i barely finished steak, it was too much for me, i feel i overate!

For lunch i had the rest of the pepper with cod liver, avocado and some lettice.

I decided not to count calories today, and see what happens. 

At the evening time i felt depressed, very down, i even cried, i felt like giving up, eating all i cant, but after crying and eating few pickled tomatos i calmed down. Seriously, it seeems the further i go, the more weight i loose the more desparate for food i become. I miss not sweets but potato...

Before going to sleep i drank my boo night tea. 



Morning weight:63.2
Evening weight:  64.1

To sum it up: n day 1 i weighted almost 70 kg, after 2 weeks time i weighted 64, so i lost  6 kg in 2 weeks :) not bad, but not enough, i want to be on a diet for another 2 weeks, so it will be a month all together and then slowly stopm, but keep drinking boo tea.
