MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY 7 (28TH day)

I woke up and had my bootea. I decided- from today on, no more sweets! seriously, its gettig ridiculus at this point to eat them!

I ate baked salmon with teriyaki sause, with piece of avocado, lettice.

Then i went for a walk. I walked for a bout half an hour.

For lunch i had tomato soup with 2 table spoons of butter.

Then i drunk some coffee and did some exercise.

For dinner  had cubbage with baked tuna. Yes, i decided not to use oil today :)

And then my mum was baking and i ate two mini panakotas.... Seriously, im so addicted to sugar! will do a lot of walking and exercise later to get rid of what i ate...

So i went for a walk and run and then did some exercise hoping that it will help :)
