LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 12

For morning i decided to stick to my usual food :P I had an egg fried on olive oli with onion and salmon. I ate it with few pieces of lettice and a but of avocado.

For lunch  idecided to finish off the mushrooms with onion and vinegar with some vegetables.Then i ate fish, anyway, i decided to stop at that as i consumed a lot of calories. How do i know? I felt full. Very often i feel temptation, feel like giving up, breaking down, but then i remember what is it for and stay strong :)

They say the less you weight the harder is to loose weight. ts the case wth me, i cant seem to go below 64!!! Hope i will be able to soon. So far i dont see any changes in my body... I even started to exertcise- notning. Well, i didnt loose too much, so hopefully when i reach 60 i will see difference.
