MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 21

 From today on i will count callores again because i went crazy the past few days and gained some wegth back, i ate rice, lots of cream, oil, potato and sweets even :(  I skipped some days cause my mum came back, and i ate a lot of carb full food :(My hard work has been wasted as my mum came and i codulnt say no :( Now i will go back to diet! Fighting!!!

Anyway, i woke up and had my bootea.

 For breakfast i ate  onion (30) and salmon (80) fried on oil (80). For breakfast i had 190 ka.

Then i went for a walk. I walked for about half an hour.

For lunch i ate yummy food my mum made: courgettes (10), albergines (15), onions (30), carrots (20), tuna (100). For lunch i consumed 175 ka.

Then i drunk some cofee to fasten my methabolism.

After, i did some exercise, using workout for my full body.

For dinner i ate courgettes (10), albergines (15), onions (30), carrots (20), tuna (100), salmon (150) and sun dried tomato (70). For dnner i ate 395 ka.

Then i went running. .
