MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY 6 (27TH day)

 Today like awlays, i woke up and had my bootea. Then i ate fried onion (30) and tuna steak (100) with oil (100). with my teriyaki sauce (40) :) I consumed 270 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i ate cubbage with salmon steak (280) and butter (100) and oil (100). I also ate a piece of avocado (80)and some lettice (20). I also used my yummy teriyaki sauce (40). For lunch i ate 620 ka.

Then i drunk some coffe and went for a walk.

Because i almost used up my calories for today, i decided to make something light for dinner. I ate 6 rasberries ( 50) anchovies (60) and vegetable salad (50).

Then i had green tea

After a bit i did some exercse and after i ate 3 cookies.. Damn it so not gonna bake anythng again! Anyway, because i ate these cookies, i went running afterwards and then did some exercise, hope it was enough to loose unneeded kalories :(

Then i had my boonght tea.

Weight in the morning: 62.2
Weght at the evening:  63.2
