LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 13

It tells how many ca should i eat:
Maintain Weight: 1808
Lose Weight: 1447
Lose Weight Fast: 1085
I will  go with the last one.
Anyway, fof breakfast i decided to make the soup i loved: tomato soup! Because my weight didnt change for 3 days, u deciced to strictly count callories. So, i had 10 tomato (32 ka), 2 table spoons of butter(140), onion (60), steak of salmon (240), bay leave (2), seasoning (20)

For breakfast i consumed 514 ka.

Then i had a mint tea with ginger. 

Then i decided to go to gym to burn these extra calories.

After i came back home. I know that its a bad idea to eat after exercise, so i waited a bit before having lunch. I ate the rest of the soup from morning, also tuna steak with avocado. For lunch i ate 280 ka.

Then i drunk some cofee.

I had 290 ka left for dinner. I went for a walk and bought some detox tea. It will wash away all toxins from my body and help to loose weight :) It was half price so was a good offer. I also ate fish with vegetables, then i had another evening detox tea. Seemed i started to loose weight ast last :)
