MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY 3 (24rd day)

Today i woke up and had my bootea tea.

Yesterday i had my day off from diet, so i didnt record it, and because ive been having too many days off now, i cant lose any weight! It has to stop, so i found a solution- i bought Fitnit alta to help me stay motivated! Will see how it goes.

 Anyway, for breakfast i ate half of the fried onion (20) with  2 spoons of oil (180) and monkfish fillet (65).  For breakfast i ate 265 ka.

Then i had a cup of coffe.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i ate 2 pieces of smoked salmon (200), vegetable salad: cucumber, pnion, radish, lemon juice. tomato, pepper (for all- 60 ka). For lunch i had 260 ka.

Then i did some exercise.

For dinner i ate  half of the fried onion (20) with  2 spoons of oil (180) and monkfish fillet (65).  For dinner i ate 265 ka.

Then i went for a run. 

Before going to sleep i had my bootea night tea.

Weight in the morning: 63.1
Weight at the evening:   63.9
