LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 17


Today i woke up and drank my boo morning tea. Actually i think i lost fat, as my bra feels loose, amnd my legs beside the feet look thinner, but it seems that i loose fat where  dont need to! Cmon body dont you see that there are a lot more of fat at the tommy, arms and upper leg part?

Anyway, i decided for breakfast to bake half of the rainbow trou (200)t, 5 asparagus (15), 3 pickled tomatoes (70). For breakfast i had 285 ka.

For lunch i ate prawns (10) (200 ka), butter (70), 2 pickled tomato (70)

My dinner was an apple.

Then i had boo ngth tea.
