MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY 4 (25TH day)

 Today i woke up and had my bootea tea.

For breakfast i ate baked rainbow trout (120)with baked onion (20). I ate it with lettice, tomato, raddish and cucumber, asparagus (all together 70 ka)Yummy! For breakfast i consumed 210 ka.

Then i went for a walk. I walked for about 2 hours.

For lunch i decided to eat an egg (70) with fried onion (30) fried on 2 spoons of oil (180) and kippers (130). I ate 410 ka 0.o

Then i had coffe and went for a walk

For dinner i ate russian marshmellows, like 8 of them... I know im so bad, but my mum ust keeps cooking them! Will quit sugar tomorrow, besides i exercsed a lot to get rid of what i ate :)

Then i did exercise and after some time more exercise. Hope it will be enough to get rid of sugar i ate today...

Not gonna count how many calories i had for dinner, cause i had a lot, but will try to keep away from sugar from now on, cause i wont loose any weight if it keeps going on!
