LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 16

 I still dont see any cnahges in my body... Anyway, i drunk my bootea, and made myself breakfast.

For breakfast i had fried egg (71), onion (30) and tuna steak (120) fried on tablespoon of oil (100). I ate it with 3 pickled tomatos (70). For breakfast i used 390 ka.

For lunch i decided to eat fish, fried onion, oil, 3 pickled tomato

For dinner: fish, 3 tomato. I decided not to count calories this time, too lazy :)

weight at the evening:    63.8
