LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 14

I woke up and had some detox tea. Then i made myseld a breakfast. I ate fred egg (72) with fried onion (32) with kippers (141) and tomato (45) with avocado (40). For breakfast i had 330 ka.

For lunch i decided to fry some peppers (150) and tomato (90) with onion (60).  I used oil (300) . I ate it with anchovy(40). For lunch i had 650 ka.

Then i decided to have a cup of cofee. After i did some exercise.

So i had 100 ka left for dinner... I ate some fish and the rest of lunch.
