MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY2 (23rd day)

 So today i woke up and had my bootea morninbg tea.

Then i ate fried salmon (100) on 2 pieces of butter(100) with onion. I ate it with leaves. I consumed about 240 ka for breakfast.

Then i went for a walk. 

For lunch i ate vegetables:  courgettes (10), albergines (15), onions (30), carrots (20), tuna (100), fish (100) For lunch i consumed 275 ka.

Then i drunk coffe and did some exercise.

For lunch i ate 2 potato (hm...) (150), lettice with cream (100) and herring (100)... For dinner i ate 350 ka...

So i consumed 865 ka. today.

then i had some cake... My mum started tobake a lot lately and they are so yummy, i cant resist, which is bad for my diet...

So i did some more exercise to get rid of cake in my system and then went for a walk.

weight in the morning: 62.5
weght at the evening:    63.5
