MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 3 (31 ST day)

Today  i woke up determined not to overeat and not to eat sweets. I had my bootea.

For breakfast i ate fried salmon (100) with onion (30)and an egg (80)fried on oil (80)with avokado (50). For breakfast i had 340 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

For lunch i went with  soup with sea bass (200) but without potato. Then i also had a piece of salmon (100) For lunch i had 300 ka.

For dinner i had an apple. and then i did again... blah blah blah, i ate bread and tons of other shit! OMG! When it comes to food its seriously hard to conrol myself! Anyway, dont feel guilty about it, well, maybe just a tiny bit ;) Girl needs to eat to enjoy lfe :D

Anyway, i went for a walk, did some exercise and then had my boonight tea.

Weight in the morning: 61.7
Weight at the evening:  62.9
