MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 4 DAY1 (22nd day)

I woke up and had my bootea.

In the morning i ate yummy food my mum made: courgettes (10), albergines (15), onions (30), carrots (20), tuna (100), fish (100) For morning i consumed 275 ka.

For lunch i ate fruit tart (400) and latte (105) (i know silly of me :() For lunch i ate 505 ka O.o
Then I did some exercise.

For dinner i ate an egg (72) and onion (20) with fish (100). Fried on teaspoon of oil (100). For dinner i had 292 ka.

Then i went running.
