MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 5 DAY 1 (29TH day)

 I woke up and had my bootea.

Today i decidedto make fried egg (100) with onion (30) and tomato (60), fried on oil (150). For breakfast i consumed 340 ka.

Then i went for a walk.

After i had my lunch. For lunch i had auburgies (60) with courgette (60) and tuna (100). Yummy! I ate 220 ka.

For dinner i ha... i agev in and ate some pop ups...with chocolate... But i will exercise a lot to get rid of it, besides it was my dinner so fingers crossed! Really, im so weak sometimes agains sweets...

Anyway, i exercised a lot.
