LOW CARB ABD SUGAR DIET DAY 19

 I woke up and drank my boo tea.

Yesterday i made a very yummy dish, so i want to make it again: 3 tomato (45), 2 peppers (50), onion (30), fried l with garlic butter (550) and small pieces of fish. Yummy!But i used 680 ka for breakfast! 0.o it was worth it!

Then i drunk a cup of cofee

For lunch i had a lot of thigs, not gonna count, anyway, after i went running to get rid of some calories, then i had dinner, where i ate a lot of prawns. Then i did some exercise to get rid of some more calories.

Tomorrow i will start again count callories to make sure that the weight is gong down and not stayng the same!
