LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 11

For breakfast i went with my usual yummy fried egg (90) and  onion (30) with salmon (240). For brekfast i had 360 ka.

For lunch i ate 6 sprots (180) , onion (30) , olive oil (120), courgette (16), sesame oil (120), vinegar(8). For lunch i had 470 ka.

I had 370 ka left for dinner.I ate sprots, mushrooms, videgar etc. Anyway, in the edn i also gave in and had an apple.
