LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 9

For breakfast i ate fried egg fried (90 ka) on olive oil, and 1 sprots (50 ka), piece of avocado (50 ka) and cabbage (20 ka). I decided to eat tiny piece of banana (71 ka) to see what happens when i eat fruits. I know its full of carbs and sugar, but im curious, so will see. For breakfast i had 281 ka


Then  had mint tea with ginger. Then i also had coffe. I dont like original coffe much, but it was ok, after all it helps to loose weight.

I went for a 1.5 hour walk and after had lunch. For lunch i had mushrooms (20 ka), olive oil (120 ka), avocado (50 ka), parsley (22 ka), tomato (16 ka), lemon juice ( 10 ka).  For lunch i had 238 ka.

I had 680 ka left for dinner.

I made something yummy for dinner: fried 2 peppers (92 ka), 3 tablespoomns of olive oil (360 ka), 7 baby tomatos (32 ka). I ate it with parceley (33 ka) and few mushrooms ( 20 ka). As i ate half of fried dish , i used 538:2= 269 ka

All together i ate today: 788 ka... For now i feel full, lets see maybe i will eat somethign else later.

I ate few pieces of corn stics, baby ones, and then did some exercise.
