LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 10

For breakfast i ate what i did yesterday :  fried 2 peppers (92 ka), 3 tablespoomns of olive oil (360 ka), 7 baby tomatos (32 ka). As i ate half of fried dish , i used 538:2= 269 ka. I also ate it with piece of avocado ( 50ka )and raddsh ( 4 ka) cucumber ( 8ka), spring onion ( 30 ka). So for brakfast i had 362 ka.

Then i drunk cup of black cofee ( 15 ka).

For lunch i decided to make some soup. Ive decided to make sometomato soup. So the ingredients i used were: 3 table spons of butter (210 ka), tomato ( 90 ka), onion ( 60 ka). I also baked some salmon steak (290 ka)  For lunch i had 650 ka.

I had 110 ka left for dinner. Not much, but it has to be ligh. Actually i ate some corn stics.. So i decided to leave at t and dont eat dinner, lets see how my weigth will rect on it!

Because  i felt a bit hungry, i ate a bit of cabbage and drunbk mint tea with lemon and ginger.
