LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 7

I undertood that i dont crave for food or sweets but rather feel that i have to eat it now or else it will go bad.  I have to stop that now.

For breakfast i went back to my usual egg ( 90ka) and friend onion (32 ka) with salmon (200 ka)  with teaspoon of olive oil (120 ka) and then added extra cucumber and avocado (100 ka). I also chewed ginger as i coughed few times, which is bad, as i usually eat sweet tablets agans flue, i dont wan it now... For breakfast i had 423 ka

Funny thing is that i dream that i eat a lot of sweets! then i wake up and am happy that it was just a dream. I need to show my priorities straight, and its not enjoy sweets and then feel aweful but to loose kg and feel great!




 For lunch i had baked salmon steak (300 ka) with baked onion (30 ka) and 5 pieces of asparagus (15ka), i ate it with lettice (4 ka), avocado (100 ka) , 2 pickled tomato (100 ka). For breakfast i ate 550 ka

So, for dinner i had 223 ka left. I decided to drink green with leon and ginger tea, for dinner as i overate yesterday and day before. 



My weight in the morning: 67.2
My weight at the evening: 66.

Ok, so now i know: if started diet, i need to stick to it to get results! For this first week of dieting a lost a bit of weioght but could have lost more!

Anyway, in a week i lost 1.3 kg... will try my best next week
