LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 3

Today I woke up and drank some water. It’s vital to drink water half an hour before food so one will fill fuller and eat less. I read somewhere that if you are hungry, you can drink water to fill full, and it really works :)

Today i also found out that one has to eat 1300 calories per day to be healthy, so from now on i will count them.

Because I felt like I’m gonna get sick of flue soon, I chewed some ginger to kill all the bacteria. Then I had breakfast.




I fried 1 egg( 89 ka) with half of the onion(20 ka) and steak of tuna(180 ka), all of this was fried on olive oil(240 ka), which i find adds a delicate teste to the dish. Somehow i really like this kind of breakfast. It's easy and fast to make, low in calories and carbs and leaves you feeling full till lunch.(529 ka for breakfast)


After breakfast i went for a walk with my niece. It lasted for about 40 minutes. I also bought some mint tea as i found out that its very low in calories and helps to shed some killos. Anyway, when i came back home, i drank cup full of mint tea (2ka).




Today I found out that even if I don’t eat sweets and carbs, I still can gain weight by overeating other food, so I will make my portions smaller to make sure that my plan works :)

Today for lunch I decided to do something different than just raw vegetable salad. I decided to make some mushrooms soup. Ok, it wasn't exactly mushroom soup as it didn’t have potato, bur rather mushroom water? Don’t know how to call it, anyway, I added: 6 small mushrooms (77 ka), half an onion(20 ka), one piece of garlic(4 ka), seasoning. I ate it with prawns(48 ka) that I had left from yesterday. Overall, it was all delish and healthy :) (149 ka for lunch)






For dinner I decided to stick to my normal vegetable salad and smoked salmon(46 ka). So, for salad I added:

Few tomato(27 ka), green onion(20 ka), broccoli(31 ka), avocado(50 ka), salad(9 ka), lemon juice(12 ka). (195 ka for dinner)

Interesting fact is that I still have no cravings for sweets, even more- every time someone offers me some, I say no without even thinking about it. Will see how much I can last. It’s in some sense similar to when I stopped eating meat, I just stopped thinking about it. It worked, seems it works with candies, potato, junk food and vegetables too.  



Ok, so I ate 843 callories today, which is not healthy at all, as i had to eat 1200 ka, so i will try to keep ka count from now on.

Later i drank some mint tea which is very low in callories, like 2 ka.

Then i went for a 20 minute walk. Somehow i hate exercise but love to walk, i acn walk for the whole day and my legs never hurt :)

Overall, i dont see any changes in my body, but that's because - 1.5 kg is not that much, i will keep going and hopefully will get rid of that unneeded fat on my legs, tommy and hands.

Notes for tomorrow: i need to FRY LESS, use baking instead, as its healthier
Eat LESS SALTand PEPPER
I also need to add LESS OIL, if possible, none, as it has a lot of calories.
I need to make PORTIONS SMALLER
I need to start EXERCISING, so need to start going to gym

My weight in the morning:67 (-1.5 kg from day 1)
My weight at the evening:67.5 (-2.1 kg from day 1)

To tell the truth, when i starved for 3 days, i was loosing similar amount of weight, so this alternative is a lot better as i actuallyu eat a lot and feel better and healthier.
