Mye new, and hopefully last, diet LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 1

I looked at the different ideas online, and i found the one i looked- low carb and sugar diet. I know it will be a challenge for me as i am addicted sugar eater, but i hope that my will will win. Anyway, this is the diet where i have to cut on any kind of sugar and carbs which include potato, grains, etc.

What i can eat are: fish, vegetables and eggs...

I started today, will see how it goes... Fingers crossed. So far i feel fine, i had 3 course meal, here is what i ate:

Breakfast:
Fried egg; Fried tuna; piece of avocado

Lunch:
Fried asparagus; black olives; fried tomato; green apple

Dinner- smoked salmon; brocolli; piece of avocado; tomato

Anyway, i counted callories, i ended up having 1300 which is good overall, hope that i will keep going and loose a lot :) I also drink water with lemon, hope this will help too.


My weight in the morning: 68.5 kg
My weight at the evening: 69.6 kg
Lets see what will happen tomorrow.
