LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 4

Ok, because i decided to go for a walk to another town, i made callorie rich breakfast. I fried the whole onion(45 ka), 2 eggs(180 ka), 6 cherry tomatoes(20 ka) on 4 table spoons of olive oil(460 ka). I also ate some lettuce(8 ka) and piece of cucumber(8 ka), for a change. For breakfast i had 721 ka!!! Yes, olive oil has a lot of calories 0.o

Then i went to another town for a walk. I walked for about 7 hours. I didnt eat anything, but drank espresso with a bit of cream and almond milk(190 ka) (i know i shouldnt have) but i felt sick, so it helped.Then i also drank a cup of a green tea and another cup of ginger and lemon tea.


Ok, so i had 209 callories left for the dinner...I had prawns in spicy chilli souse (12 pieces) 3 prawns are 231 ka, so i went a bit overboard, but man, i was hungry so i dont feel bad about it. But anyway, i have to research kalories before eatigh anything...


So, today i paid the high price for not eating enough callories yesterday, as i felt very bad until i ate, i also learned that i have to eat 3 times a day to feel ok.


Notes for tomorrow: i need to FRY LESS, use baking instead, as its healthier
Eat LESS SALTand PEPPER
I also need to add LESS OIL, if possible, none, as it has a lot of calories.
I need to make PORTIONS SMALLER
I need to start EXERCISING, so need to start going to gym

My weight in the morning:66.8 (-1.7 kg from day 1)
My weight at the evening: 67 (- 2.6 kg from day 1)

Im happy my diet works :) still no changes in my body, will keep checking :)
