LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 2

Today I dreamed that I ate lots of sweets and quit my diet, then I woke up and felt relieved realizing that I didn’t give up yet. Surely I have cheated yesterday by eating an apple, after all I shouldn’t eat any fruits either, but it was my first day and it won’t happen anymore.

I know that I can do it, because I really want it. It was the same way of me becoming vegetarian- it took me 3 times to quit the meat for good and I haven’t eaten it for like 7 years now, so I know that if I could do it, I can do this, after all, I loved meat the same way I love sweets.

First of all, I drank some water with lemon juice in it.




For breakfast I had an egg (one) usually I would cook two, but I try to make my portion smaller; piece of fried salmon and some salad. I fried it on the olive oil. I wanted to use healthier alternative to sun flower oil. Anyway, here is the picture of what I ate (I didn’t eat tomato in the end):



After breakfast I went for a 2 hours walk. I hate exercising but I love to walk, so time passed fast. The weirdest was that when I came back, I wasn’t hungry at all, but it was 1 o’clock, so I had to.













For lunch I made vegetable salad: Lettice, tomato, onion, avocado, radish and added lemon juice. I also ate few pieces of smoked salmon and few prawns.



Then i went for a little walk with my niece. I walked for about 20 minutes. Weird, but even at 5 p.m i dont feel hungry! But t's better to eat now than later.






For dinner i had vegetable salad: 2 tomatoes, lettice, small piece of avocado, few pieces of broccoli. I added lemon juice for the taste and ate it with fried on the olive oil tuna and garlic and onion. It was very yummy, proving that food without much carbs can be also delicious. I know im not very good with food representation, but belive me, it was delish ;)

     
                                                                                                      


Ok, so to sum it up, i ate a lot of fish and vegetables today, and they made me full! My new menu was a bit more expensive than usually,  but i hope that its worth it! I didnt actually have any carvings for sweets, not thinking and looking at them really works :)

Notes for tomorrow: i need to FRY LESS, use baking instead, as its healthier
I also need to add LESS OIL, if possible, none, as it has a lot of calories.
I need to make PORTIONS SMALLER
I need to start EXERCISING, so need to go to gym tomorrow

My weight in the morning: 67.5 (-1 kg since day 1)
My weight at the evening: 68.6 (- 1 kg since day 1)
The result above mean that i lost 1 kg in one day! Not bad :) Oh, im so exited, looks like it finally works :D
