LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 5


For today's breakfast I decided to fry my usual yummy food:  1 fried egg (196 ka), half of fried onion (124 ka), piece of tuna steak ( 74 ka) and I decided to add some vegetable to the dish: cut cucumber ( 8 ka) and of course olive oil, as no matter how much I want to avoid it, frying without anything sucks (240) (and for breakfast I had 446 ka)

Then I also drunk a cup of a mint tea (I wont count calories for the tea as its too low to worry about :)

Then I went for a walk. I walked for about half an hour. 

For lunch I ate 4 pickled tomato ( 600 ka), piece of smoked salmon (105 ka) and piece of smoked trout (120 ka) I ate it with veggie salad: mixed salad leafs (32 ka),  few radishes ( 9 ka). So for lunch I had 746 ka !!! 0.o

As I used all of my calories for today I decided to drink some mint tea for dinner. Anyway, I also went for another had an hour walk. And then sadly I was tempted by the fish I bought today...  So I ended up eating it ( 350 ka)... I know I will gain some weight today, but I really wanted it, so...


Notes for tomorrow: I need to FRY LESS, use baking instead, as it’s healthier
Eat LESS SALTand PEPPER
I also need to add LESS OIL, if possible, none, as it has a lot of calories.
I need to make PORTIONS SMALLER
I need to start EXERCISING, so need to start going to gym

My weight in the morning:65.8 ( - 2.7 kg from day 1)
My weight at the evening: 68... well, I know why I went back, but its fine, I’ve learned my lesson! Will see what will happened in the evening!
