LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 8

Ok, so for breakfast i had half an egg ( 31 ka), but this time i decided to boil it :) I ate it with baked salmon (360 ka) steak and 2 spring onions (12 ka). For breakfast i had 404 ka.

For lunch i ate 4sprots ( 140 ka), cabbage ( 20 ka). For lunch i had 160 ka.

So i had 640 ka left for dinner... So i ate fried mushroom with garlin, 2 table spoons of olive oil, tomato. Not gonna count calories as i know that i didnt overate.
