LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET DAY 6

Today i wanted to change my breakfast, so no eggs! I baked vegetables :)  So, the vegetables i baked: piece of courgette (20 ka), 1 tomato (50 ka), few pieces of mushrooms (10 ka), asparagus ( 10 ka), onion ( 20 ka), gree pepper (30 ka). I also ate baked steak of salmon ( 200 ka). So for breakfast i ate- 340 ka.

Then i drank some mint tea with ginger, as ginger fastens methabolism.  

I read that its good to go to gym after 4 hours of food, that's what i did, to get rid of that extra kg faster. So, i spend there 40 minutes focusing on all areas of the body.

Then i came back home and started to cook my lunch. So, for lunch i ate some vegetable salad:
cucumber n(15 ka), spring onion (12), 2 pickled tomatos (60 ka), avocado (51), 2 slices of smoked salmon (70 ka). So, for lunch i had 210 ka.


So, i went for another hour walk.

And then again i went crazy for my diner... Dont even want to say what i ate, but no sweets... No wonder when i looked at the weightds it was 68.7!!!!All my hard work was gone, defo not overeating again! Back to track!!!

Notes for tomorrow: I need to FRY LESS, use baking instead, as it’s healthier
Eat LESS SALTand PEPPER
I also need to add LESS OIL, if possible, none, as it has a lot of calories.
I need to make PORTIONS SMALLER
I need to start EXERCISING, so need to start going to gym

My weight in the morning: 66.8 ( i know why! wont make this mistake anymore!)
My weight at the evening:68.7..... ( ive learned my lesson for good now)
